2022年2月8日 · My truck: 2016 GMC Canyon with the Bose system. Bought brand new, no history of any electrical/audio issues. Battery: Replaced the stock battery in Dec 2021 (I got 5 1/2 years out of the stock battery) with an Optima yellow top. A couple days after changing the battery is when the audio system started freaking out.

Mylink/Intellilink (2014-2016) Press and hold the home and fast-forward buttons for at least 10 seconds. GM Infotainment (2017-2019) Press the Onstar call button, and immediately hang up. GM Infotainment without built-in Google (2019-2023) Turn the vehicle off, and then turn it back on.

2017年8月6日 · I called the Chevy Infotainment line 5 days ago. I recounted my issues, troubleshooting, steps taken to resolve it (e.g., the 'driver's door open to reset the system' thing), and he said that it needed to go to service... I got a follow up email, but nothing else from them (i.e., no calls from a service department to schedule an appointment).

2019年4月23日 · I recently purchased a 2019 GMC Canyon, my 5th, and the 6th new GMC truck I have purchased since 2004. I am a long time GM customer, and overall have been pleased with my GM vehicles, both trucks and cars. I was surprised to find, however, that text message integration for my Canyon is not available. This is a step backwards.
