2023年11月30日 · Hey all, I am in the process of transitioning from G45/G19/G26 Gen5 to G48/G43X using Shield 15rd mags for EDC and I have questions about ammo. I currently carry Underwood 147gr +P+ but feel that may be a poor choice for the 48/43X after reading posts of people having problems with 147gr feeding in these guns, not to mention the power factor.

2022年1月13日 · I just bought a new G48 MOS. It's my second G48. I like that pistol a lot. Now I'm trying to decide on the optic for it. I have Holosun 507c green dot on a G17 MOS that I like a lot. I've narrowed it down to the Holosun either the 407k x2 or the 507k x2, the Swampfox Sentinal, or the Shield RMSc.

2021年2月10日 · My G19 holster has a deeper claw that pulls the grip in closer to my gut, so adding one to the G48 holster makes it ever-so-slightly more concealable. But, I prefer the G48 for the weight and the slimness of the grip, it just fits my hand better, and the difference in recoil isn't enough to change my effectiveness in shooting it.

2024年12月23日 · Unfortunately, much like GLOCK had to create the dot connector to lower the trigger pull weight to correct a problem when it released the Gen 4 guns, it needed to create a minus connector for the slimline guns because the initial connector resulted in a trigger that was heavier than typical for GLOCK.

2020年1月23日 · I carried a G26/G33 for 12 years IWB at 3:30-4:00. I picked up a G48 in October and that is all I carry any more. I switched to appendix carry when I picked up the G48 and never looked back. The G26/G33 are put away in the storage safe now. Climate here is South Texas. Just my opinion.

2023年3月7日 · The 2nd Gen turned my G48 into a jamammatic even with the Shield Arms upgraded mag catch. Shield Arm's response was "its Glock's tolerances" and that was that. Luckily I found a vendor that swapped out that Gen 2 for his last Gen 1.

2019年3月13日 · My G48 came with AmeriGlo Bold sights. This is the first time I bought a Glock with them already installed and I really like them so far. I put a set of TFX Pro sights on my G43 and I like them better than the Trijicon HD sights I’ve been using for years on all my other pistols. Anything is an improvement on the factory plastic sights.

2023年12月23日 · My G48 MOS was complete, and some here wanted a range rep, so here we are. Everything I brought ran beautifully, reliably, and FUN. Tested out all firearms with the new S&B FMJ and JHP I have now switched to, and it's a good, hot, reliable round in all guns tested tonight Ran several mags of JHP and FMJ through each tonight.
