2023年2月28日 · Looking for a solid mounting magwell for my EDC G43X. I'm not so much interested in how great the funnel is to guide mags into the gun. I'm more interested in one that is relatively small, and is solidly attached such that when gripping the gun, the front of the magwell doesn't move downward too far. It seems they all move a little.

2020年2月2日 · I recently received my new Shield Arms 15 round magazines and aluminum mag catch for my G48. Turns out, removing the mag catch on the new G48 (43/43X) is not as easy as all the other Glocks I've done this on before.

2025年3月26日 · BE-86 under a 147 is a great load for taking down the bigger poppers (and i'm sure pins). 4.6-4.7 grains under an XTP @ 1.140" gives me 912-927fps out of a g43x, so i'd expect for a 1911 barrel you'd see a bit closer to 950-980.

2023年2月14日 · A lighter striker spring is used in a stock(-ish) trigger to reduce the pull weight. When the trigger is reset the striker is not fully cocked like a 1911 hammer would be.

2019年8月3日 · I have one and it works fine, but I have extended magazines. Before the extended magazines I used the standard magazine with a heavier aluminum base plate (JWH Custom) that both enhanced the magazine dropping when released and made the whole assembly long enough to easily and fully insert the magazines without extra or unusual effort.

2022年5月23日 · Here is what I did with my gen5 34 and it works. Glock Store (SKU 1231) extended tungsten guide rod. Then I got a wolff 10# recoil spring and it pairs perfectly with my 165gr 9mm at a 130ish PF.

2020年12月26日 · Doesn't need to run crazy speeds, just enough to reliably cycle the slide on a G48mos, G43x (with a dot) and a S&W 380ez. My purpose for looking at several different powders is for availability sake when it's time to resupply.
