G36c - part kits are rare. Gunmoneyfirearms has one for sale right now. Once you have a parts kit, send it to Tommy and he'll build it.

Start with the Tommy built tactical receiver + HKParts G36 parts kit Seems like the parts kit are around $2000, and the receiver is about $1000 including ffl transfer fee. Also need tooling to install barrel.

2020年5月3日 · The dynamic of a brace never factored into this conclusion. The world of G36 have changed and now there are pistol receivers. But, let's roll back the clock. SL8 conversions were the only avenue to G36 (for the most part). After performing the fuse, the SL8 receiver became slightly shorter.

2024年7月20日 · After buying it I would need to buy a G36 bolt and a G36 stripped trigger housing. The cheapest bolt I've seen is $350, sadly can't find any stripped trigger housings. Then I would need to thread the SL8s barrel as well which wouldn't be bad but it doesn't have the same profile as the Military issued G36 rifles so it'd look kind of funky.

2024年11月14日 · I did a build using the new Defgunz receiver and used the GSG G36 AR rifle parts kit from HK parts. Made my own barrel tools which was easily done, and the parts themselves did not require any mods to fit the receiver as is often the case with HK original parts. Finished product is pretty cool and the price was reasonable all things considered.

2025年2月6日 · I had built up a box of parts for my G36 build all to find out they are gone, at least for the meantime. There are a couple other options out there for converting, im just waiting to make up my mind on which shop to use, or if i should try one of the several aftermarket receivers that are being made as of late.
