FyloxTM (Doxofylline) is used to treat asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and bronchospasm. Dosage & Administration: Adults : 400 mg: 1 tablet daily in the evening. On the basis of clinical response the dose may be increased to 2 tablets twice daily. 200 mg: 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening.

Fylox 200 mg is a novel bronchodilator that structurally differs from Theophylline due to the presence of a dioxolane group in position 7. It selectively inhibits phosphodiesterase 4, relaxing bronchial smooth muscle.
