2020年6月10日 · You have the profile as a 3d sketch, and fusion was not making the sweep. A quick look around found duplicate points where the sweep profile meets the path. I modified to be a 2d sketch, as they have more reliability. Show that the original profile may not be accurate but you can edit the sketch now. Might help....

2018年2月5日 · Sweep generates a preview as soon as it has enough information to do so. In this case, it's as soon as you select the first segment of the path. So, when you select the path, a preview is generated, and that wipes out the edge you just selected. So, Fusion does not recognize that the second edge is actually connected to the first one you selected.

2019年3月31日 · A spiral with a rectangular surface (Slightly angled) using Sweep function. But instead it end up with a spiral with irregular angle. As you can see from the image bellow, the angle of the surface start changing as it goes which eventually end up with twisted surfaces. Bellow is the starting point and the top is the ending point.

There are a couple of interesting tricks: One is in the Spline command, if you click and drag on a point which has a line attached, Fusion will auto-create a tangent constraint to the spline. You can do this on both ends. It's just kind of a shortcut, though, you can apply the tangent constraint afterwards, using the command.

2020年7月18日 · step 2 would not sweep around mirrored splines till I added tangent constraints to joints. swept fine . step 3 think . for your shape I suggest creating 2 lines at 90 degrees and 1 spline extending past both. create your profile and sweep then cut off the solid at the 90 degree line and mirror 2x

2018年1月17日 · Before you select the "guide surface" you will see the default Fusion 360 action is "new body". If I now switch the cylinder body on so that I only have that body and the profile shown and then select the profile plane, Fusion will now show "Cut". If it stays at "New Body", Fusion is telling you it thinks that Join may not work.
