2013年5月1日 · Need advice I made a cake to freeze and had to go out so after it was out oven for a hour and half it was still warm. I wrapped in paper cling film then freezer bags before freezing. It was still warm but left it then to cool before placing in freezer. Do you know if the cake will be okay I am a bit worried now

Has your cake got white creamy substance ouzing from the fruit? If it has it won’t be suitable to serve as a wedding cake but it doesn’t have to be wasted either.
