2014年7月16日 · i set up a freenet node on my line and the average are 170kb/s in the node i set a maxium transfer rate of 1mb/s. ive never seen it reaching anything greater speed. my node is connected all the time to around 98 from 100 possible nodes.

2022年2月10日 · Freenet and Frost need Java to run. On Windows 10, I install freenet normally. It will ask to install java during the installation. One I know it's running properly, I create a TruCrypt/Veracrypt container and install Frost to that, along with a portable version of Firefox.

"freenet is starting" 20 minutes later. click it. freenet is starting. so while the software technically started its not working like it should. What is that url that freenet always uses when it opens a browser window?
