I have taken Flonase off and on during allergy season. I am currently on Diltiazem for AFib. I took Flonase and Diltiazem at the same time and experienced terrible anxiety (nearly panic attack)(crawling out of my skin) high heart rate along with high blood pressure and light headedness. I had administered 2 sprays in each nostril.

I tried at least 10 diff Rx and OTC meds last year. I started Flonase Sensimist a few months ago and it’s saved my sanity. I use it in the morning and night (1 puff per nostril each time). It’s pricey but everything else wasn’t working well enough for me. When I have bad flare ups, I still need Xyzal or Benadryl on top of the Flonase.
