2024年12月13日 · Same problem updated to 24H2 could not stop the flickering, tried an earlier Nvidia driver, same result. Tried uninstalling display drivers and reinstalling, still flickering. Solved to problem by going back to version 23H2. Microsoft you need to fix this issue, nothing to do with Nvidia, its your problem. Cost me the best part of a days work.
