Fit One is a fitness and wellness facility that works as a part of the community to help individuals and families apply the principles of a healthy lifestyle, through fitness programs, group fitness classes, and one on one personal training.

Apex manages the personal training program at Fit One Gym. They are passionate about guiding their clients through their fitness journeys and seeing them reach their goals! They carefully write each client’s program with careful planning and intent.

Hours of operation. Monday - Thursday 5:30am to 9:30pm. Friday - 5:30am to 8:30pm. Saturday - 8:30am to 5:30pm. Sunday - 1:00pm - 6:00pm
