This framework introduces a partnership between engineering teams and newly formed Deputy CISOs, collectively responsible for overseeing SFI, managing risks, and reporting progress directly to the Senior Leadership Team.

Every year FISTA offers classes that comply with the SFI Fiber Sourcing Standards. You will likely notice that the 2022 schedule is lacking diversity in classes. Beginning January 2022, the standards were updated to include the following in the core training: Endangered Species, Loggers’ Safety, and OSHA: Employment Laws and Wage and Hour Rules.
