Fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 (FGFR-1), also known as basic fibroblast growth factor receptor 1, fms-related tyrosine kinase-2 / Pfeiffer syndrome, and CD331, is a receptor tyrosine kinase whose ligands are specific members of the fibroblast growth factor family.

The cellular response to FGFR signaling is regulated by differences in the intrinsic signaling properties of FGFRs and by the dynamics of subcellular FGFR trafficking in response to ligand binding. Cytosolic signaling pathways can be differentially activated by cell surface FGFRs and internalized FGFRs.
