Saber is regularly considered one of the top Servants atleast from what I've been able to gleam and her Noble Phantasm, Excalibur is often shown to be one of the strongest, wiping out most of Heracles's Lives, Annhilating Caster's ultimate monster and even being strong enough to atleast make Gilgamesh be impressed, and that's just stuff in some of the anime.
