2022年6月21日 · The Dyna was designed to be less costly to assemble. The frame was designed to be welded with automation, and to accept the powertrain as an assembled unit using jigs and lifts that did the hard work. The FXR frame required hand welding, and the power train was built in the frame. The engine was humped into place with bruit force and lumber.

2013年11月8日 · FXR and Dyna mids are not the same. Different frames, different locations. This is old news, Dyna Thunderheaders will not fit FXR's. Look at the photos of the pipes. One pipe fits Dyna with mids or forwards. Note that the pipe is straight into the collector with the bends being a little to the front of the mid peg mount.

2008年12月15日 · Dyna Exhaust on FXR The exhaust system I am running on mine is made from the S/E dyna/st 2 into 1 system with a Supertrapp 3" collector welded to it. It has worked great for about four years now, I had to fab some pieces to attach it to the tranny mount, but no biggie.

2020年11月27日 · Basically was trying to start a post where an FXR owner with either a bad-tank (accident/etc.) or no tank (bought a "rolling-basket"), but possibly having other tanks available (Bagger/Dyna/etc.) would have other options to evaluate. Knowing what tanks would fit on that FXR-series frame may assist what options he could review.

Love the short throw,before I tried this the parts guy @ Cajun Harley Davidson said no way this would work on a FXR,well 2 years still doing fine. Neutral was kinda hard to find at first but getting used to it and finding it faster.
