2020年6月7日 · I recently got my first AR and decided to try a LPVO. I did some shooting and decided my XCR was just slightly more accurate, so I switched the LPVO (Vortex Strike Eagle) and EOTech. AR with LPVO: Sight picture with AR FSB: At higher magnification and properly focused reticle, the FSB should blur out enough to be not be too bad.

For an actual build I’d like to get some more ideas and inspiration on rail options and what they look like and functionality. I like the RIS II FSP style with the extended handrail passed the sight tower but I’m not set on that.

2019年11月12日 · Anyone running a LPVO with a FSB and if so, is it similar to a red dot where at some point you simply "ignore" the fsb? I'd typically be running at either 1x or 6x and figure at 6, it would ghost out anyway. at 1x that FSP will be a problem...at least it is for me but YMMV. The FSB becomes exponentially more of a bother the closer you get to 1X.

I’ve got Aimpoints on my shorter rifles, thinking about trying a LPVO scope on my long one. It has a regular AR fixed front sight.

2020年7月29日 · Part of me leans towards cutting my FSP and putting on a longer FF HG with the lpvo. but this is my first ar, its what i always wanted which was something very close to an M4, and i'd just hate to go cutting it. I could go with a new 16" upper, they are easier to find and cheaper than 14.5"s. but why get another 16" upper when i already have one!
