The Yeti has 240,000 Health, which is a ton of health for a lv50 boss. The last boss (Finrir) in comparison only has 150,000 health. Snowballs stacked 1 time do 2,000 damage, whereas snowballs stacked 3 times do 30,000 damage. A well executed fight can take under 60 seconds with 3-stacked snowballs doing a majority of the damage to the boss.
