The Chengdu J-7 (Chinese: 歼-7; third generation export version F-7; NATO reporting name: Fishcan [1]) is a Chinese fighter aircraft. It is a license-built version of the Soviet Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21, and thus shares many similarities with that aircraft. [2]

歼-7p改进了外挂系统，增加外侧机翼挂架携带空空导弹的能力（原 歼-7m 的外侧挂架只能携带 720 升和 480 升超音速副油箱），使总携弹量达到 4枚：翼下内侧可挂r550、pl-7、aim-9p导弹;lap-68火箭弹发射器;mk.82系列、mk.20系列、mk.117航空炸弹。

2023年2月14日 · 歼7p，在巴基斯坦空军又称作f-7p，是中国歼7m的出口型号，是上世纪80年代末，90年代初，陆续交付巴基斯坦空军。总计采购了92架单座型的f-7p，15架双座型的ft-7p，共计107架。

FT-7P is the export version of J-7 (Mig-21US) advanced trainer developed by GAIC, modified specifically for PAF (HUD, air data computer, twin 23mm cannon and longer range) in association with the F-7Ps produced by CAIC.
