If you use ZAP Go to Your Game Server, Click Settings, then scroll all the way down you will see “Custom license key (optional)” Put that Key in that slot, save then restart.

You can have EUP files in your server files, but they won’t stream and work correctly unless you have a Patreon subscription to CFX!
