India sells tapendolol over the counter and Etidol is produced by the a factory in Himachal Pradesh in India and marketed by Orange City Exporters PTE LTD based in Singapore, where customs are lax and allow the import of these drugs into the US by bypassing more restrictive custom enforcement in New York. It exists.

A little while ago I ordered a sheet of 10 pills labelled Etidol which were 150mg of Tapentadol with 2mg Etizolam.
