In conclusion, yes, Aizen more then likely knew about it and talked to Ulquiorra about it, deciding to keep it between themselves, yet would keep Ulquiorra at number 4 sense it would seem strange if the 5th best espada, I say fifth because while Ulquiorra was numbered at 4 the numbering system for espada was 0-9.

2016年11月27日 · Just a guess based on the fact that there were 2 Hougyoku. The fact that there were 2 Hougyoku was disclosed during a flashback of Ichimaru Gin's memory as he was dying. There were 2 hougyoku, one made by Urahara and another made by Aizen. The latter was then fused into the first as both were incomplete.

Rejecting the Espada's creation would mean changing very powerful things, beings with extreme spiritual power would vanish. She doesn't (yet) have this kind of power . She can't reject events of that magnitude.
