Raikou was always there, along with Latias, but Entei would just randomly disappear, and then a few more tries...

2010年9月28日 · Every time you enter Route 7, check the location of the Legendary. If it is on Routes 5, 6, or 8 you can travel there through the gatehouses without moving the Pokemon. (flying to Saffron over and over has a similar effect) Using this trick, I was able to catch both Entei and Raikou with ~Lv.40 Pokemon within about 2 hours. Happy Hunting!

2023年6月3日 · The only way to increase the odds of a roamer appearing is a flute, that is bought in hoenn and then sinnoh or unova, I forget which has it, or jaboca berry. While your just trying to get the roamers I would work on your farm as it has the best buffs if you set the farm up, even if u get entei and raikou before you get jaboca berries you will be closer for the hoenn roamers

2023年6月29日 · I would catcher a haunter and then have it learn mean look. )You can find a gastly in the bell sprout tower during night time and then evolve it into haunter at level 16 I think) The mean look effect will stay all until haunter faints, then mean look will wear off and then entei or raikou will be able to flee.

For roamers what I do is encounter them and lead a high level False Swipe pokemon for the first encounter (preferably with Mean Look so I can also status the roamer). 2023年2月19日 · Got entei right away after trying that trick, with an ultra ball actually. Once I got raikou I tried again with an ultra, and I misunderstood its flee as the famous roar thing, and I panicked and reset.

2022年2月6日 · Entei, and all the roaming legendaries, move any time you change routes. Best tip is to go somewhere and walk to the place the route changes, then walk back and forth until the legendary appears in the route you're in, then go to the grass and they'll probably be there

The first entei you catch is guaranteed to have these stats from my understanding.
