Happy 2025 to all the Emma Frost fans. Yeah, I have the same feeling. As I wrote in the review thread for Exceptional X-Men #5, I feel like Emma is playing the role of Kitty's fairy godmother.

But Emma Frost's abilities seem like such a weird mashup: turning into a diamond and having psychic powers. I feel like I sometimes forget that she has the diamond powers at all.

Jan 2, 2025 · Emma had an incredible showing the whole Krakoa era from start to end being a crucial lead character and nothing will ever take away from that. Not to mention Ewing really has Emma’s voice down and everything else so far is very solid and true to her character like her passion for teaching, rotating white couture fashion and use of powers.

Uncanny X-Men 500-534 or so, plus some tie in bits and bobs including Dark X-Men The Confession (actually by Kyle & Yost), which is great if you're a fan of that relationship.

Her passive 10% reduction in Speed is amazing at helping get your team to go first is instrumental at keeping competitive in higher levels of Arena. She doesn't really belong to any one team, but her plug and play value makes her an incredible character
