2016年7月20日 · The S88 LINK or L88 is for the Märklin Digital feedback system. There is no real need for ESU to ever include support for the S88 LINK. So forget about it, if you have an ECoS. ESU has their own feedback system and people having an ECoS should use the ESU products or compatible (if any exists).

2025年2月1日 · EACH L88 needs power, this is designed to be a 6636x device from Marklin. the power required is nowhere need the 2Amps available for most operations. I have shared the 18V with m83/m84 devices (assessing the load as needed)

This unit allows connections for the s88 (60881) and s88 DC (60882) and the older s88 feedback modules (6088 und 60880) to the Central Station II an Central Station 3, and to the 60145 Terminal. The unit has an older design socket for the 6088 and 60880 feedback modules, as well as two RJ45 sockets for the new 60881 and 60882 feedback modules.

Operation with every 3-digit track is possible, no matter if you have a M-, K-, or C-track. Alternatively the 16 inputs can be used as conventional switch inputs: Connect the reed contacts as well as the contact tracks or switches (and toggle switches) with it and handle the information given with the help of your central station.

Sterker, dat dat gaat juist niet werken met de EcoS. Wel heb je,zoals hiervoor al opgemerkt, een verloopstekker of verloopkabel nodig die je van zespolige flatcabel naar RJ45 netwerkkabel brengt.

2021年11月10日 · For occupancy detection, I'm planning to use a combination of L88 Module and S88DC decoders, but in the L88 manual it reads "Connections to two-rail track systems, independent of the gauge only with Reed Switches" while the manual for S88DC show the track connection is done normally without a Reed Switch.

You will need a power supply, like the Marklin 66367 for this Marklin 60883. The Marklin 60883 allows connections for the s 88 (60881) and s 88 DC (60882) and the older s 88 feedback modules (6088 and 60880) to the Central Station II, and to the 60125 Terminal.
