2018年1月12日 · I think ECW peaked in 1997 at Barley Legal, and much had changed in the year-and-a-half since that event. ECW had gotten plenty of momentum and started running bigger arenas, but the rebellious and underdog nature of the promotion was lost. With WCW and WWE both bringing a more intense and rebellious style to their own programming, it left ECW as a low-budget imitator.
