AD Legal Framework The Convention on International Civil Aviation (ICAO) assigns responsibility for the airworthiness of aircraft to the State of Registry through Annex 8, Part II, Chapter 4.2.3.1(d).

The subscription service for new publications enables you to define your own filter and to receive notifications for these filtered AD publications.
