2022年4月23日 · The difference between E-85, E-15, and E-10 is the percentage of ethanol used. E-10 uses 10% ethanol, E-15 15% and E-85 uses 51 – 83% ethanol. Furthermore, E-10 and E-15 typically have an octane rating of 87 – 95, whereas E-85 typically has more than 100. Therefore, E-85 produces 20-30% more horsepower, but it is also 20-30% less efficient.

E10 is a biofuel made up of 90% regular unleaded and 10% ethanol – hence the E10 name. The standard unleaded fuel used until E10's introduction contained up to 5% ethanol and could be used in any petrol-engined car without problems or the need for modification.
