2024年12月7日 · Brakes, discs and forks don’t need homologating, they are a (price capped) free choice so the new V4R doesn’t need to have the V4 Tricolore trick front brake calipers and disks or (manual) Öhlins forks which of course will help Ducati stay within the budget cap.

2012年4月19日 · Ducati also suggest that these fasteners be replaced whenever removed/re-fitted However, the Akra manual states 24Nm for both. I would go with the lower of the two sets of figures for now. I will be getting hold of a workshop manual in the next few days, so I should be able to confirm which is correct fairly soon.

2023年4月6日 · Ducati recommend changing the chain & sprockets at 12,000 miles, I had mine checked by the dealer at just under 12K and it was fine, so I guess if you're not popping wheelies or riding on the limit all the time, the recommend service intervals are fine. I'll probably have them changed at the 18K service.

2020年9月26日 · Right. The V4 is a strange beast when it comes to oil changes. I’ve done loads now so here’s what I do.... I always change the filter too. Leave it to drain overnight. When you’ve replaced the filter, put 3 litres of fresh oil in. Fire up for a few seconds and turn off. Leave it overnight and check the sight glass.

2023年6月23日 · The V4 has a twin expansion tank setup, so it might be worth checking that there hasn't been overflowing into the second expansion tank. As per @Expat Jack's comment, it's a closed system. Unless it's got really hot, it shouldn't have dropped any fluid.

2024年1月9日 · I am lucky enough to be the owner of a 2023 Diavel V4. Not my usual kind of bike but I wanted a bit of a change and the Diavel V4 seemed like an amazing bike; bloody pricey but very unique. I have enjoyed a few months of riding and am always amazed at how well it handles.
