2014年3月13日 · if this was a high end place,,,then they may have tried to "age" this beef - there is wet "aged" beef in plastec aged 45 days or so,, or "dry-aged" out in the cold air for 3-4 weeks ,,,then they have to skive off the leathery exterior. if grain fed beef is aged,,it enhances the beefy flavor (has marbling, so it is still very good)

2009年1月17日 · Try to use fresh vegetables too. It prevents hydration of dry ingredients that can occur. For added flavor try fire roasting any vegetable that will be used. Roma- Use green pepper, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian sausage, ground beef, Mozarella, onion and cheddar. (I didn't care for the ground beef.)
