There is no "drop item" button in the key mappings I've watched countless "Helldivers 2 tips" just to find how the fuck you drop items and no one seems to fucking know about it. Today I saw a video and the guy just went "Oh just open your inventory to drop things"

It is possible to receive multiple unique drops per kill with multiple players, which is calculated based on the number of players and their individual contributions towards the kill. I would not say that difference in invocations is negligible and without doing any calculations I would say the drop rate at 250 is probably 1/28-1/30 or so
