2022年2月13日 · I can’t fully wrap my mind around “dermatology” and “telemedicine”. I suppose when somebody has a consistent and well established skin disorder (eczema, acne, etc.), most most dermatological conditions, eruptions, lesion, etc. require at minimum direct inspection, sometimes with a dermatoscope, and you want to be able to do a biopsy immediately if something suspicious comes up.

I mean Dr. Dray literally wears a face shield. I'm super extra with sun protection; I wear one of the highest protection sunscreens on the market, another layer of SPF 50 makeup and reapply at least once a day.
