You only actually see the full Great Seal in The Answer, so it's from there that the whole Door-kun thing comes. You can see the Great Seal again in Elizabeth's path in P4 Arena, but you don't want to see that unless and until you play The Answer, as it spoils both original P3 and The Answer, to an extent.

On a semi-related note, I really don't think "Door-kun" is a spoiler. Without context it's meaningless. The only thing that kind of makes it a spoiler is people calling it a spoiler, implying it's something important and not just a random meme.
