2022年4月19日 · Yes, that's because Discord is an electron app (essentially a website running on top of Chromium). It's slow and therefore needs to pretend it's fast. Open the command prompt or powershell and enter in this here: taskkill /F /Im discord.exe. It will simply actually close Discord.

2023年9月13日 · Yep, for me it reliably hits the 32 bit RAM limit (I have LAA applied, so between 3 and 3.5GB for me depending on what the OS is doing) and crashes on extended sessions. Discord doesn't ever really clear its memory cache of old things per session, so once you've browsed enough content per session, the thing hits the limit and OOM crashes.

2022年1月21日 · There's no need to have a 64 bit version because all 64 bit cpu's are backwards compatible with 32 bit. The only benefit a 64 bit version would have is recognizing RAM higher than 4 Gb which discord only uses less than a Gb of memory in most cases.

2024年7月1日 · I installed the 64 bit version first but I kept getting random stutters every 10 seconds that completely throw the game for me, even at the lowest settings. I tried installing the 32-bit version, and I can play on high settings now. I run a 64 bit Windows 10 system, but the 32-bit version of Gameloop runs much much better on the system.
