Workaround for DirectX 5 issue on Windows 10 It seems that Windows 10 has some kind of auto-compatibility mechanism for running older games and it is based on the game executable file recognition. Therefore just rename the "comandos.exe" in your SteamApp game directory to the "com m andos.exe" (one "m" is missing because of spanish speed fix).

2012年11月21日 · This is the message I get every time I try to start the game. I found a solution, which uses launcher, but the launcher doesn't work with Steam. Any ideas? I have Win 7 64bit, latest drivers, I tried using integrated card and also external, installing old DirectX redistributable, but nothing seems to work.

2025年3月1日 · Hi all, upgrading direct storage files dstoragecore.dll and dstorage.dll fixed all my stutter issues with the game running on Windows 11. You can also delete the two files but Direct storage will be disabled causing further performance issues or the game just not running.

2015年9月2日 · Also, under direct contract, you can't lose the soilder when another player infiltrates your FOB, and soilders randomly go missing from your base platforms. Direct dontract protects them. In short, they become like Snake in all these regards. Use direct contract on your most valuable soliders, S++, to keep them safe.
