Sep 3, 2008 · DIAD 3 had its own transmitter which made the DIVA obsolete. How many times did you hand the DIAD to the consignee not realizing that the Velcro had failed and the stylus was missing? How many people signed in ink and had their signature set on the signature pad? That was a problem when DIAD 1 first came out with the gray signature pads.

Oct 21, 2006 · The DIAD will be very easy to learn, you should master it the first week. If you are on PAS/EDD, most of the work is already done for you, just scan package, get signature or DR location, and hit "Stop Complete". I went out with DIAD 4, with no training, since I was on vacation the week before.

Dec 4, 2009 · Using DIAD III is easy, especially for residential stops. You simply scan the package (and then wait for the DIAD to catch up--DIAD III is soooo slow) hit big arrow down and then complete the stop (driver release--select release location). It is a bit more complicated for commercial stops but nothing you can't handle.

Dec 7, 2010 · The DIAD III's and IV's are mostly similar in the way they handle EDD, but the action is a little different (and the DIAD III is definitely slower...). The user interface in both boards isn't very user-friendly, but the decision-tree for both is actually quite limited.

Jun 16, 2012 · I still use the hooks for Diad 3, for the Diad 4 and I hope the hooks will work with the Daid 5, Love the old Diad 3 hooks, I hoarded three of those hooks and treat them like gold. The hooks for the Diad 4 are to long, it makes you a walking pendulum.
