Tinky Winky, known in-game as The Contagion, is the first and probably most iconic antagonist of the Slendytubbies series, which was based upon the Teletubbies. He is introduced as the first devil in Devil's Dawn.

His face has developed cheek bones with a larger forehead, his mouth gaping open with threads of Tubby Custard replicating salivary threads, and a large scar now being across his left eye. His television belly has shrunken and squished into a square. His form is based off Tinky Winky's mutated form from the Slendertubbies series, dubbed Tinky Tank.

Old Friends this is a group of monsters that represent the four classic Teletubbies from the original TV series Teletubbies. they look almost like their original versions from Slendytubbies 2, with some changes, for example - Tinky Winky has no teeth. They also glow with a switch that corresponds to their fur colors.

Slendytubbies II is the first game to introduce multiple enemies. Starting off with Tinky Winky, who was the sole enemy of the first and previous game, and the series’ first original creatures known as New Borns, the game later added mutated forms of previously-deceased characters.
