Delos Rogest Davis, KC (August 4, 1846–13 April 1915) was the third black lawyer in Canada and the first black King's Counsel.

Davis established a practice in Amherstburg in 1887, and subsequently took up residence in a small subdivision east of the town; it was here that his first wife would die, in childbirth in 1893. Davis focused on criminal and municipal law, and was counsel in six important murder cases.
