2023年6月23日 · I recently upgraded my Deco X90 system to firmware 1.2.2 and I've been having issues with connections between the main and satellite units ever since. I have 2 nodes in my system and I use wireless backhaul between them, with a distance of one floor between the units. They've been previously extremely stable with no issues.

2021年6月29日 · Upgraded from Deco X60 to X90. The Deco X60 proved to be a very reliable, consistent mesh system. Loved it. New Deco X90 experiencing drop out's on a regular basis. Roku streaming pauses or reports lost connection as well as on connected PC's and laptops once or twice a day. There have been no other changes to the provider, cable modem, or Roku's.

2021年3月2日 · With just WiFi5 support, you might settle on Deco M4, and if you want future proof with WiFi6, you could get Deco X20 or X60 units for each floor. Research the MoCA, there are different standards. Anything offering over 1 gigabit is probably an overkill, but anything under gigabit should be dismissed.

2021年9月29日 · In that setup it'll be as good as X90. You can also have X60 connected wirelessly to Main Deco, but X60 performance as Satellite Deco will be worse than X90, in your setup. Had similar issue with TP-Link Deco mesh when I bought pair of M9 and later wanted to add another M9, but they are not sold in singles.

2023年5月1日 · I have a Deco X95 unit set as the main, plugged directly into the modem, with a total of 3 additional X90 units throughout the house to complete the mesh system. The issue I am experiencing is that when the power goes out, our modem will fully reboot and come back online, however the Deco X95 (our main unit)- will not come back online on it's own.

2024年3月6日 · Usually, you will have at least two Ethernet ports per Deco (except for Deco M3W). All Ethernet ports on Deco support WAN/LAN auto-sensing which means you could randomly pick one as the WAN port to connect the ISP modem/router, leaving the rest of the Ethernet ports (including the Ethernet ports on satellite Deco) working as LAN ports.

2023年5月17日 · Sometimes x90 not linked sometimes 3F x95 not linked. But all showed Green LED light. Other times, devices no WiFi or infinite loop yet all Deco still green led. Few times x90s juz changed Red led. Reset to main x95 to modem n switch done. Deco App on my phone failed many times since no WiFi connection. Works for few days but intermittent again.
