2024年5月3日 · I'm chronically low on death runes. I thought running Barrows with Morytania Hard diary would yield a good chunk, but I'm at pretty much +/- 0. My RC is around 60, so that's quite far away as well. Any ideas where to get big chunks of death runes from an "easy" boss?

2021年2月28日 · Ironman here. Its criminal having to hop worlds after buying just a few runes. Even if you wanted to live "LAVISH" and buy all 250 death/blood runes in the shop (You're paying an extremely absurd amount of GP per rune regardless). Doesn't feel like the game should be played that way. Blood and Death rune packs should be added to rune shops.

2022年8月16日 · I mean the increase is .2% instead of .1% but the starting price is the exact same, that's not exactly double the price. though I suppose the very last rune you buy if you bought every single rune would be 2x the starting price, but averaging it out it's far less than double the price especially compared to the 'regular' scaling.

Game was designed with free trade in mind. Then Ironmen came into existence. Here we are almost a decade later .. still hopping worlds constantly to play shop scape. Death rune packs will not affect anything. We are already buying them at a set store price. Hell, make em more expensive if you have to.

They have death runes lying around because they are unknowingly close to the death altar. If trading cats for deaths came before the death altar, then it was probably a small hint at the future update that they never thought would be used so much. Civilians were released 3 years prior to the death altar, so I think this might be the case.
