2024年9月4日 · What this is telling you is that if you want the max bonus of 4.8x damage, you can do about it multiple ways... HOWEVER: if you get sandman and Ninja to max ranks BEFORE you get the cloak perk you will only get 4.4x damage. Note that the testing was not universal and only was tested with max ranks and not lesser variations.
