Yuri's ending happens after she shows her final poem to the protagonist towards the end of Act 2. Yuri obsessively confesses that she is in love with him, and asks if he accepts her feelings or not. Regardless of what the player chooses, she will stab herself with a kitchen knife three times.

Quick ending. The ending is to delete the monika.chr files and the monika.chr.bak file before starting the game. If you delete Monica’s file, Sayori will understand that she is alive. When you enter the game, you will see the inscription “END” on a sparkling background, and then Sayori hung on a rope in the left side of the screen.
