Luger serial numbers - Jan C. Still Lugerforums
2005年5月7日 · Commercial serial numbering began with 1 in 1901, and continued to the 92,000 range in 1921. In that year DWM converted to numbering in the military style (four digits followed by a letter), beginning with the letter suffix i. The commercial serial range is separate from military production, the numbers are not intermixed.--Dwight--Dwight
1920's DWM Commercial Luger Info and Value
2020年5月5日 · Your Luger looks like it was refinished. This and the mixed parts make it a "shooter" Luger. If it's in 7.65 (.30) Luger caliber rather than 9mm, these have less market demand. As a refinished Luger my estimate of value would be $650 or so. We have a rather complete Luger FAQ document published on this site.
1915 Luger Markings | Jan C. Still Lugerforums
2024年12月3日 · That's a cool 1915 DWM Army luger that went through through WW-1 and then on to Police work. It has a lot of history stamped all over it. The finish looks original and the grips look pretty good, too. It's probably in the $1,800 - $2,200 range for value. That's assuming all the small parts are matching inside of it.

Identifying a Luger - Jan C. Still Lugerforums
2004年2月8日 · The Luger in question has either had a DWM forward toggle link placed in an Erfurt toggle train or the rear link of a DWM train has been replaced by an Erfurt part. Considering the receiver cut for the Artillery rear sight, I'd say the DWM toggle link is the replacement part but without seeing more of the pistol, that's only an educated guess.
