2023年8月29日 · According to the DMV service rep, if you create a new account, it starts as a "basic account" which isn't linked to your DL/ID. So if you are unable to gain access to your account because of a change in phone number or email address, DO NOT create another account, but instead, make sure to recover your old account.

2022年12月1日 · I replied to myself, and idk if dmv.virginia.gov or www.dmvNOW.com is the "correct" site, but typing in either automatically sends you to dmv.virginia.gov and when I inspected the link to "create an account" it says the link is to "account logon" and not an actual account creation page. So yeah, the site is fucked

2024年6月26日 · I've been trying to login to my online account for the past three months at least in order to change my address. But every time I try to login, it always says my account is locked. I've changed my password multiple times, and waited the right amount of time for the account to unlock, but nothing ever changes.

2023年1月18日 · DMV claims they never got any sort of payment or processed any renewals for her, so we were told to pay again for them to process the renewal. Filled out the refund form and everything, but never heard a word back. I don’t even bother going online/in person anymore since they all charge a fee to use cards/bank account.

2021年3月9日 · I've had an account with DMV for years and even updated my address with them online 3 years ago. Now, it is not taking my login. I do the whole "reset password" process and answer the security questions and it just stays blank and doesn't move forward. My SO was able to login his account and got his updated license within 2 weeks.
