2010年5月8日 · This is my diy jeep top lift. It works great!! And the best part is It only takes one person to lift it off and store it. It uses 2 straps tied from each end to the back in a v under the top. I used I- bolts instead of pullies because it works just as good and is the fraction of the price. The key to this being a one man is the trailer winch.

I saw the one with the hydro turf used as the cover material rather then carpet and I liked that idea a lot. I was wondering how much of it you had to use to cover it with. 2005年5月25日 · I butt welded my entire rear half of the Jeep frame (from about the door opening back).. almost 4 years ago. Still going strong with no cracks. I've recently swapped in a much heavier drivetrain (lots of unsprung weight) and that is why I'm going to revamp my entire frame. I'll probably but weld again and then scab over the joints with plates <>

2021年8月29日 · Added cost, and plastic sheet/DIY ventilation has been done for years and years..... but a slick solution if you felt like it. I don't know auto paint. I do hack work on aircraft. lol Compatible products are important though, and that's where you local paint/auto body retailer will probably be able to steer you best.

2008年10月25日 · thanx for the info. These are on a TJ. I want them mainly for a step. I dont plan on wheeling this jeep that much if at all. I have a YJ for that. I do have the factory YJ step on that and a friend has the factory TJ one. I was thinking of getting the mounting hdw but the dlr is crazy on the price. I may check ebay but was trying to use what i Had.
