DIY Individual throttle bodies (ITB) The idea of this project was to create simple and affordable set of individual throttle bodies that can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of everyone. The ITBs are fabricated from individual parts that are assembled and welded in the end.

It has a voltage scaler that allows you to run non factory TPS sensors and still be able to drive them as if it were a stock TPS. This is what you do: 1). Splice the harness from the suzuki TPS into the Honda TPS harness.

2010年3月10日 · Honda bike TPS readily work with Honda ECUs (same voltage range). The problem with ITB's using hoseclamps like that is that the air doesn't have a smooth pathway to flow into the head - all the edges in the runners cause turbulence. If you're gonna do homemade ITB's, do it the right way and weld the runners and smooth/port them.
