The airline expects to receive the first of these converted freighters next year. By the end of 2027, it expects to have received all nine of the 777s.

2024年7月15日 · DHL Express will hand Central Airlines a pair of Boeing 777 freighter aircraft to operate on its behalf on routes from China. This will be the first time the global logistics integrator has partnered with a domestic Chinese airline to support its air cargo network.

In the center of its Strategy 2025 DHL Express focusses particularly on 'E-commerce' as a growth driver and 'efficiency' for further increasing its profit. The Boeing 777F is equipped with top-of-the-line fuel-efficient technology and features the longest range at full payload of any widebody freighter aircraft.

DHL Express is investing over EUR 100 million in transport and handling capacity in the fourth quarter to support its customers’ growth. The company is investing in eight new Boeing 777 freight aircraft on trans-Pacific and intercontinental routes between Asia and Europe.
