2015年8月1日 · In order to access Search bar on Task bar you need to uncheck Use small Taskbar Buttons from the properties of taskbar. 1. Right click on the task bar. 2. Select Properties. 3. Uncheck the box against Use small Taskbar Buttons. 4. Click apply and ok. This will help you to access the search bar on task bar.

In the November 2019 Update and earlier versions, you can review and control exactly what personal information Cortana can access by going to the search box and selecting Settings on the left pane. You can also search "Cortana settings" in the search box on the taskbar, and select Cortana & Search settings from the results.

As of new updates, unfortunately, the Cortana search box is no longer available. Cortana search box has been split into 2 apps- Windows Search and Cortana. As far as I know, you can't get them to join together, hopefully some genius will find a registry tweak / build an app to enable it.
