2015年6月10日 · Colt M23. Core. The M23 is cheap, and you get what you pay for. That’s about all that can be said for it. A decently-sized magazine and ready availability are the only things that might commend it to your average runner, that and the low price tag.

Smartlink versions of ranged weapons (price is in parenthesis, when available) have increased accuracy, but require that the user have a Datajack and they typically require a higher Ranged Combat skill. Pistols are most accurate at medium ranges. Pistol skill 4 reduces reloading to 0 AP. Revolvers can't use the Double Tap or Chainshot abilities.

2019年8月4日 · So, the weird thing about the M23 in 6e is that it's a completely fine bare bones, tuner gun. It is the most general purpose AR in the game, with the best Attack Rating at Near and Far in it's class, and that is without any additional Attack Rating boosting attachments.

Shotgun punch and spread an a heavy-pistol-sized package. Short range but wide spread. A modern revolver that gives increased damage but less combat options. A heavy pistol created to perform perfectly under the most extreme situations. Lone Star's favorite heavy pistol. Submachine guns are most accurate at medium ranges.

The description for the Colt M23 says, "Cheap, mass-produced, and infinitely adaptable..." But in the Rifles table it is by far the most expensive assault rifle listed (at 5,100 nuyen compared to the Ares Alpha at 3,400) while also having arguably the worst stats.
