2024年3月18日 · Shoot the piss out of the stock Windham A4. Blow the saved cheese on ammo! Edit: Mine aren’t Windhams, but I have two govt profile 20s like yours. Left the one alone, other has an TA31 RCO-A4 and a FF KAC RAS. Both are favorites. Steel targets at 200 and out are more fun with the irons.

2022年3月18日 · Looking to probably get an A4 as my first AR. Curious if there are any reasons to get the original AR15-A4 over the newer CR6700A4 or vice versa or if they are the same gun with different markings.

2022年5月29日 · At one time I had both the FN and Colt A4 uppers. They are both comparable to each other in terms of quality. I don't think the material really matters, if you ask me. At least from the standpoint of a normal shooter. Get either one. My thought is go with your favorite roll mark and just roll with it.

2022年3月18日 · However, in terms of the A4, it does have that feeling to it. Despite being an "AR15" it does have a different feel and handling that you wouldn't normally carry out with the carbine types. Personally I recommend buying the Carbine and getting a carry handle with it. You can always buy the A4 upper as I know Colt sells those individually.

2017年5月31日 · Late M9 or OKC-3S is appropriate for an A4 clone, depending if you want Army or USMC representation. (One USMC battalion was equipped with M9 bayonets around 1991. They were USMC marked and very rare.) I think the German Eickhorn Bayonet (either 2000 or 2005 model) is the best AR bayonet there is.
