May 6, 2020 · I've been checking out cloud alternatives to a desktop computer. Mainly for gaming, but I'm interested in other stuff. I came across Shadow. www.shadow.tech It seems to offer a pretty powerful cloud PC. 4k with Ray Tracing Titan RTX equivalent GPU 4ghz 6 core CPU 32gb ram 1TB+ storage All that for $40/month

Because of the frequency range we're dealing with (microwave) you are best served by getting an antenna with the proper connector on it than by using any adapters anywhere in the signal path or else you're shooting yourself in the foot.

Dec 27, 2015 · I think the 4080 price is still holding well until the 5070 Ti/5080 actual review comes out and then the price will adjust accordingly. It should be quite soon (maybe in Feb/Mar). Will see. I also expect 5070 Ti to be more power efficient than 4080 for my used case (i.e. distributed computing which I run 24/7 for several weeks continuously)
